●        You are responsible for inspecting equipment before each use and for observing manufacturer instructions, weight limits, age limits, and service-life recommendations. Life-safety equipment (for example, climbing rope, harnesses, and helmets) must be retired according to the manufacturer's guidance, including after any significant impact or fall.

●        To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trailkits is not liable for injury, death, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from us. Nothing in this section limits the manufacturer's product liability or your rights under applicable law.
